It was an okay place to get care. They get you in pretty quick, but don't do robocalls to remind of your appointment. If you miss too many, they dismiss you from the practice. I had made some appointments in advance and forgot about them and was dismissed from the practice and they didn't give me adequate time to find a new doctor and wouldn't allow me to make an appointment, which is considered patient abandonment. If you tell them that, which they think many patients don't know, they'll get you an appointment. Not the most ethical practice of care.

NP, Lisa Swingley had the practice manager call me today and say they would no longer see me nor refill my necessary medication. After this woman called yesterday and said they'd give me 30 days meds and "I needed a psychiatrist." To my dismay, NP Lisa Swingley had never mentioned this before in my 4+ yrs as a patient. So, to be called on the phone by a stranger with this information, when I had just seen Lisa May 17th, was jaw-droppingly oit of the blue - and scary because I meed my meds. Practice Manager seemed to take some pride in her tone of voice giving me this info - and saying I asked to up my meds and threatened them. I did not. The VM requestinf meds can prove I was ot asling for an increase. It's her word against mine on whether i threatened her....regardless...what she said I threatened them with was a complaint. Completely within my rights. But after talking, they decided today to "fire me" and refuse to prescribe meds. So I have to get a nee doc asap. My terminally ill mother passed away on Mother's Day. Now the doctor adds this to my list of problems. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I didnt even get in to my back surgery Lisa Swingley "let go" nine months & just kept giving me prednisone. Ok for her to give me all the pills she thinks - but I'm a drug addict for anxiety over my terminally ill mom in another state. I dont know how these people sleep at night. Patients mean nothing to them but money.
